Interior Trim Finished

The staircases, banisters, window trim and other interior trim items have been completed.

HVAC turned on!

We finally have heat (and air conditioning) available in the house. The units were activated yesterday and run amazingly quietly.

Painting Proceeding

We're about 1 week into the painting efforts. So far the upstairs trim is done, the doors are done and about 70% of the walls are done upstairs. We're hoping to have the painting done in another 10 days.

BBall Court Interior Almost Finished

The basketball court interior has almost been finished. The insulation was installed and the OSB has been placed on the bottom 12 feet. The drywall has been finished on the tops of the walls and the ceiling. We're planning to paint the drywall this next week and then install carpet over the OSB.
